In Re MT

Our client faced a permanent civil protection order due to a petition which the court later found to include allegations that were not credible. After a contested hearing involving an inordinate amount of exhibits from the opposing party, and careful review and analysis, we were successful in having the temporary protection order vacated and the permanent protection order denied. Our client was able to return home. Each case is unique. Past outcomes do not guarantee future results.
