Client had multiple charges and was facing a license revocation and up to two years in jail with no offer from the DA..Through client interviews and negotiations with the DA, we were able to get the client a probation offer and all driving charges pled to zero-point, non-moving violations, so that the client retained a driver’s license.
Client and brother were involved in dispute regarding distribution of assets from their mother’s estate. We were able to successfully navigate a fair buyout for our client while avoiding significant costs of litigation.

Father of child had serious substance abuse issues but would not voluntarily reduce his parenting time or be honest with our client about his issues. Through investigation and a contested hearing, we were able to prove Father had substance abuse issues and restrict his parenting time while he obtained treatment.
Client was charged with Unlawful Use of Weapons or “Drunk with Gun.” Through client interviews, investigation, and negotiation with the DA, we were able to get a plea to a Deferred Judgment and Sentence with unsupervised probation.
Father of child had extreme anger issues. Through a contested hearing, we were able to secure full custody for our client as Father sought treatment for his issues. Later, through mediation, we were able to create a multi-phase parenting plan that provided more parenting time to Father only as time passed and as he continued to show that he could be safe around the child.
Client was accused of neglecting her incapacitated significant other. Though client had been with the significant other for over twelve years, other family members were appointed emergency guardians, and they promptly denied client’s visitation of the protected party. Through a contested hearing, we were able to successfully restore our client’s right to visit her beloved significant other.
