What are your prices?
Attorney pricing is governed by the rules of ethics and depends on many factors including the specific needs of each individual case and the customary rates in a given area. Generally, our Probate cases (contested or uncontested), Trust Administration cases, Family Law matters, and Civil cases are charged hourly and require a retainer deposit. Retainer deposits are similar to a down payment and belong to the client until/unless earned at the hourly rate. Our Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Criminal cases are charged a flat rate. We also offer limited representation and take some pro bono matters, depending on availability. Please set up an initial consultation for more information.
Where are you located?
We are conveniently located just minutes from the Weld County Courthouse at 1140 38th Avenue in Greeley, CO. Understanding that many of our clients have difficulties with mobility, we also offer on-site consultations in certain circumstances.
What are your hours?
We are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Consultations are by appointment only, as we must screen for potential legal conflicts before meeting with potential clients.
