Wisdom
Wisdom means using our understanding of the law, our knowledge of the complicated judicial system, and an appreciation for human psychology to show you what to fight for and how hard to fight for it. We have developed what we call the COBRA model to Communicate to you all the Options, Benefits, Risks, and our Advice for each issue. As we do this, we explicitly recognize the whole person, the whole situation, and the long-term effects of court cases. We aren’t just in it to “win the case.” We’re in it to help you live your best life both during and after your case.
Honor
We hate to say it, but the legal profession does not always prioritize the client experience. Too often, attorneys are incentivized to be inefficient, clunky, and non-transparent. We are breaking that mold. We joined the profession in order to honorably serve our clients. We use modern technology to streamline and speed up data entry and document production so we can focus attorney time on attorney things: researching the intricate laws that best apply to your situation, creating case strategies, analyzing evidence, and working with you to get the best results we can.
Tenacity
We realize that you are fighting for your livelihoods, your loved ones, and what you’ve worked for your whole life. We are here to tenaciously fight with you like it’s our own livelihoods, loved ones, and lives on the line, whether that means reaching collaborative settlements or litigating in the courtroom. We take our role of advocate very seriously.
