Partition actions (court cases to divide co-owned real property) often go hand-in-hand with non-marital breakups, estates, probate, and protective proceedings. 

Our attorneys at Gant Law have successfully completed multiple partition actions. We have handled everything from large-scale land partitions to easement partitions to residential partitions. We have been able to navigate our cases to agreement when reasonable and through trial when necessary. 

We have successfully navigated commissioner appointments, argued for full recognition of our clients' monetary contributions, defended against false contribution arguments and ousters, and, in one case, successfully argued for our client to retain an entire property as a matter of equitable relief.
