Seeking Associate Attorney
Gant Law is hiring an associate attorney to join our family law and probate team. This is a full-time hybrid position for a licensed Colorado attorney who is self-motivated, tech savvy, and able to manage casework efficiently. We offer comprehensive training and ongoing support, so you will never be left to figure things out on your own. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our firm and build a long-term, meaningful legal career.
About the Role
You will work primarily in family law and probate, including dissolutions, parental responsibility cases, guardianship/conservatorship, and contested and administrative estate matters. Litigation experience is preferred. While we are open to newer attorneys, the ideal candidate has some relevant experience and is committed to professional development and long-term alignment with our values and team.
What We’re Looking For
Licensed to practice in Colorado
Strong legal writing and communication skills
Highly self-directed and organized
Comfortable with technology and remote systems
Able to complete quality work without significant supervision
Litigation experience preferred
Must live in Colorado and be available for travel to Weld & Larimer Counties as needed
Work Structure
Hybrid with remote-first flexibility
Most attorneys work from home and travel only as needed
You control your schedule as long as goals are being met
Core availability hours are 10A to 3P with flexibility

Compensation and Benefits
Commission-based pay structure
Competitive earnings from $100,000 to $250,000 based on experience and workload
