Annual Maintenance

Single or Married Couple with an Existing Gant Law Estate Plan - $1500/year

An estate plan is not something most people create once and never think about again. Life changes. Families grow, relationships change, assets are acquired or sold, and both state and federal laws continue to evolve. A plan that was well designed 10 years ago may no longer accomplish your goals today.

Our Estate Plan Maintenance Program is designed to help your plan keep pace with your life. Rather than wondering whether your documents are still appropriate, you'll have an ongoing relationship with our firm and regular opportunities to review and update your plan as your circumstances change.

Whether you've welcomed a new child, purchased a home, started a business, retired, or simply haven't looked at your estate plan in years, we're here to help make sure it continues to reflect your wishes.
