Sam Duvall
Associate Attorney
Sam grew up in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula before making her way to Colorado to pursue her legal career. She attended Michigan State University, where she earned dual degrees in Sociology and Criminal Justice. After graduation, she moved to Denver to attend the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
During law school, Sam earned a certificate in Constitutional Rights and Remedies, served on several student organization boards, and participated in the university’s Wills Lab. She also worked as a contract legal researcher for the Alternate Defense Counsel, focusing on criminal appeals and post-conviction cases. These experiences strengthened her ability to think critically, advocate clearly, and approach each case with both logic and empathy.
At Gant Law, Sam brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to her work. She values clear communication, practical solutions, and helping clients navigate complex legal matters with confidence and understanding.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys exploring Colorado’s trails, trying new local restaurants, and spending time with her beloved wiener dog.
